AP US History is a very intense course based on everything in American history from art and literature to political and social movements.During the next eight months we will be examining as much as we can to ensure that you are properly prepared for the AP exam on May 6, 2011.

To ensure success students must make sure that they take time to complete the assigned work, study beyond your normal expereinces and go that extra mile. If you just stick to trying to pass the class you will not be working to your potential. You are in AP for a reason, to learn beyond the limits of an everyday classroom and create not only a good set of study habits but also life skills that will carry you into college.
